This project, the multi-million pound redevelopment of the Stephenson Building for Newcastle University, will allow Identity Consult to use its expertise in delivering complex multi-phase refurbishment projects in the Higher Education sector gained from delivering projects such as the £34m Claremont Complex for Newcastle University and the £15m Sciences Complex for University of Sunderland.

Pete Johnson, Senior Director at Identity Consult comment, "We are delighted to be appointed to this framework and even more so to be the highest ranked consultant on the framework which we believe is recognition of expertise and experience we have of delivering for universities and the value we can bring in this sector.

A key aim of the universities for this framework is to retain talent in the North East and support the growth of the North East economy, both of which are key values of our organisation. This framework will give us the platform to continue to invest in these values and to develop both our existing team and attract the best graduate talent whilst delivering some of the most exciting and important projects in our region".

Identity Consult are currently delivering projects with a total value in excess of £200m for the universities who will utilise the framework and a further £150m of projects elsewhere across the North of England between its head office in Sunderland and North West office in Preston.
