Description
Identity Consult were appointed in late 2015 by Thirteen Group to act as an Employer’s Agent, Building Surveyor, Principal Designer and Clerk of Works for the refurbishment of an existing building to create a 6-unit, 24-hour care scheme with 1 staff base at the Dales in Stockton-on-Tees.
Thirteen are acting as the landlord to Positive Individual Proactive Support and Identity Consult engaged with both stakeholders throughout the design and delivery of the project.
The project was procured on a Design & Build basis using a single stage tender approach. The project was administered using a JCT Design & Build 2011 contract with client amendments.
