About Us
Creating places that can be delivered
Successful regeneration requires more than ambitious ideas; it requires a clear and practical understanding of viability, funding, governance, procurement and delivery.
We provide strategic, commercial and delivery-focused support across the full regeneration lifecycle, helping clients move from early-stage visioning and feasibility through to procurement, delivery and completion. Our role includes leading multidisciplinary design teams, preparing regeneration masterplans and development frameworks, along with undertaking estate renewal option appraisals and providing cost and viability advice. We also develop Green Book-compliant business cases and support meaningful stakeholder engagement and community consultation.
Alongside shaping strong regeneration proposals, we help define social value ambitions and delivery frameworks that ensure regeneration programmes generate lasting benefits for communities.
Crucially, we don’t stop at strategy. We help our partners put the right structures and teams in place to deliver in practice. This includes governance, partner and contractor procurement, planning and acquisition strategies, phasing and programming, funding application support, meanwhile activation and co-ordination of all workstreams, ensuring programmes are not only well conceived but also achievable on the ground.
