About Us
Services Offered
Strategic Asset Management
Providing professional guidance, support and coordination of the development of buildings. This will cover asset management planning, statutory compliance, construction health and safety and premise management responsibilities.
Termly meetings will be held with your Consultant to cover the above and a development plan will be produced to form part of the asset plan along with associated minutes.
We also assist in building development planning, preparation of funding applications and provide procurement and contractual advice. This service provides a ‘one-stop’ arrangement for a wide range of professional property services delivered through your Consultant.
You will be assigned a dedicated Consultant who can be contacted during the business hours of 8.30am – 5pm for any advice or queries.
Renovate & Innovate
Renovate
All premises will require maintenance due to natural ageing and/or degradation of existing premises. We can arrange for this work to be carried out through contracts adhering to European contract law. All contractors appointed will meet the current Health and Safety legislation and ensure clients meet their obligations under Construction and Design Management Regulations 2015.
Innovate
This service will provide project management from inception to completion. Our expertise will provide solutions and ideas to maximise space, taking into account the health, safety and wellbeing of the end users. We undertake the role of Contract Administrator by preparing tender documentation and appointing contractors. If any work warrants any planning permission or Building Regulation approval, we will manage this on behalf of the client and be the single point of contact for all parties involved.
