Previously these have included developing procurement strategies for the delivery of student accommodation schemes in the capacity of Client Advisor. As part of this we have reviewed and recommended different funding models, including appraisals around self-funding models, to off balance sheet options via DBFO (Design-Build-Funder-Operator).
Identity Consult have been involved with Student Accommodation schemes that are forward funded and therefore understand the link between funding obligations and project delivery.

We have Project Managed the delivery of masterplans for Student Accommodation, which in turn enables us to be more informed when it comes to our Capital Delivery services.
