Identity Consult (IC), the independent development and construction consultancy, has moved to new offices in Salford Quays-based which it says reinforces its presence in the North of England.

The consultancy said the Hope Park Workspaces offer modern workspaces designed to promote productivity and creative thinking – the ideal location as IC focuses on growth and scalability.

The move follows a number of promotions, including Aimee Harrison and Clive Durkin who both take on new roles as associate project managers, alongside Isaac Samuel who has been promoted to consultant quantity surveyor and Tim Raines to senior consultant quantity surveyor.

Alex Atkinson, senior director for IC in the North West, said: “This move is an exciting new chapter for the IC North West team. It reflects our commitment to supporting and strengthening our team, whilst helping us continue to deliver the high-quality homes, community spaces, and infrastructure that the North West and other regions need, from a modern and accessible location.

“Once again, we’ve announced another round of key promotions which not only shows our ongoing support to our team but acknowledges their drive, ambition and talent. Well done to all.”

Grace Hornsby, associate director at IC, added: “The move and promotions reflect our continued business growth and long-term investment in our people, with the new workspace designed to enhance collaboration, wellbeing and innovation. We’re extremely proud of our team and share our congratulations to those recently promoted.

“Hope Park is ideal for our growing business and provides our team with modern facilities, dedicated breakout areas and improved shared spaces, creating an environment that supports both ongoing team development and client delivery. We’re thrilled with our new location and look forward to welcoming clients to our new space and to share our visions for the future.”

This year marks a major milestone for Identity Consult as the company celebrates 20 years of delivering excellence.

IC also has offices Sunderland, York, Preston and more recently, the West Midlands following its acquisition of Carl Dean Associates (CDA).

The company achieved a turnover of £7.1m in the last financial year and is on target for the same this financial year.
