Identity Consult has delivered a wide variety of Specialised Living schemes and have provided Project Management, Cost Management and Employer’s Agent services in this sector.
Our expertise extends to projects in the following fields:

• Neurological rehabilitation centres.
The majority of the above have been delivered with Identity Consult acting as Project Manager’s, Cost Manager’s and Employer’s Agents, however our experience and understanding of this sector extends beyond these roles and allows us to act in a facilitation capacity with local authorities to identify and bring forward new developments.
About Us
This extended role has included direct negotiations with housing benefit teams within local authorities to agree rents for these specialist schemes at appropriate levels. This allows projects to be delivered with affordable housing grant and at levels which produce yields that attract private financing. To be able to do this, we have gained expertise in the funding regimes under which such schemes are delivered and have developed financial models which demonstrate the returns that can be made by the private sector.
