Identity Consult deliver a full range of services within the Local Government sector including Project Management, Cost Management and Employer's Agent roles, involving both new build and refurbishments projects.

Our experience within the Local Government sector is both diverse in terms of the actual projects and unrivalled in terms of the breadth of experience. Senior members of our team have been directly employed as Local Authority Officers and have also worked extensively as consultants in this sector. This gives rise to an excellent understanding of the requirements and constraints in this sector and with this experience at hand, we enjoy ongoing relationships with a number of key clients successfully delivering both capital new build and refurbishment projects.

We provide services to a number of Local Authorities across the North of England, either on individual commissions, or as a framework services supplier. Commissions range from dementia care homes to commercial offices and town centre regeneration projects. Our services are across the full project lifecycle, from defining the scope of the project through design, procurement, contract administration, soft landings and project review.

About us

Our expertise also extends to a deep understanding of the sector’s funding streams, such as the European Development Fund and Local Enterprise Partnership. We offer procurement advice within the constraints of Public Procurement Law and the Public Contract Regulations. We have also worked on a number of commissions in the Education sector where projects have been match funded by Local Enterprise Partnerships. This level of experience enables Identity Consult to take out clients through the necessary steps in order to make their project a success, benefitting both the client and funder.
