Identity Consult are specialists in the Residential sector. We undertake a full range of services including Employer’s Agent, Project Management, Cost Consultancy and Development Consultancy within both the public and private sectors and involving both new build and refurbishments projects.
We provide expert advice to a large number of registered providers, local authorities and developers, assisting them with the development of private, affordable and rental residential schemes.
To date new build projects have varied from small contracts of six units up to large scale placemaking regeneration projects in excess of 500 units.
Our services have extended to helping Client’s to establish special purpose development companies, to helping provide support to local authorities setting up and managing their planned maintenance programmes for their housing stock.
Identity Consult also has extensive experience in Specialised Living for the elderly with considerable experience in the delivery of over-55’s apartment schemes and full extra care developments.

Many of these schemes are secured through repeat commissions where we have developed a strong relationship with our clients due to our delivery track record and striving to ensure our client’s objectives are not only met but exceeded.
Through our combined experience and expertise in this field we also have a very good understanding of funding streams, whether this be private finance, pension funds or through the Homes and Communities Agency and Department of Health.
This level of experience enables Identity Consult to give both strategic and delivery advice in this sector, enabling us to become immersed in the delivery of successful projects time after time.
