Identity Consult is delighted to have secured a place on The Guinness Partnership’s new Employer’s Agent Services Framework.
The Guinness Partnership, which provides social housing within 125 local authority areas, has established the framework to help support the delivery of a development programme which aims to deliver 12,550 much needed new homes by 2030.
Identity Consult has been appointed to provide services across the North of England, reflecting the locations of its offices in Preston, York and Sunderland. The framework is set to run for four years.
Commenting on Identity Consult’s appointment, Kat Hurworth for The Guinness Partnership said: “We look forward to working with Identity Consult, alongside our other newly appointed consultants.”
Pete Johnson, Senior Director of Identity Consult said “We are delighted to be appointed to this framework and given the opportunity to develop a strong and long-lasting partnership with The Guinness Partnership. There were only three consultants appointed to this framework in the North and Identity Consult being one of these shows the level and depth of experience our team has in delivering affordable housing”.
