Chorley Digital Office Park

Identity Consult were appointed to provide Project Management and Employers Agent services to Chorley Borough Council, in support of the delivery of the Chorley Digital Office Park, which is a state of the art building (3,700m2 over three floors), created to provide workstations, office suites, collaborative working spaces, training and meeting rooms, specifically designed for let to the specialist digital sector.

The facilities provide accommodation suitable for small start-ups, who may require a single workstation, to larger more established SMEs, who may require an office suite or a whole floor. The project was funded by the Council and the European Regional Development Fund, and was designed and constructed to achieve BREEAM Excellent. The construction phase was delivered on programme in May 2019, with a client fit out period following, before the opening in September 2019.
