Identity Consult is supporting Muse in the delivery of the Eccles Regeneration scheme, a transformative project aimed at revitalising the town centre and creating a more vibrant, connected destination.
We have been involved from the outset, providing bid support and helping shape the strategic approach during the early stages. Our role has continued through stakeholder engagement with local authorities and community groups, coordination of multi-disciplinary teams, and management of the enabling works.
Following the successful appointment, Identity Consult has continued to provide comprehensive project management support across all phases of development. This includes managing enabling works, coordinating multi-disciplinary design teams, and leading early programme and risk management activities to establish strong project foundations. We are also fulfilling the role of Contract Administrator, ensuring clear governance, robust contract compliance, and smooth communication between all delivery partners.
This regeneration represents a significant investment in Eccles, and we are proud to support Muse in bringing forward a scheme that will deliver long-lasting social and economic benefits.
