Description
The commission initially involved the development of a masterplan for the area which required the commissioning and managing a full design team alongside a leisure sector specialist to ensure that the proposals brought forward are viable as well as sustainable.
Following agreement of the masterplan, Identity Consult has continued to work with the Council to develop and agree delivery strategies for the early phases which will include an adventure golf course, a new playground and a new hotel. As part of this, Identity Consult are commissioning the clearing and remediation of first phase to allow a cleared site to be handed over to development partners.
