Description
Identity Consult were appointed in 2007 to undertake Employer’s Agent and Cost Management services to assist with the development of a health village, a partnership between Ettrick Health, Redcar and Cleveland Primary Care Trust and Redcar and Cleveland Borough Council.
The 70,000sq/ft development, located on Normanby Road in Greater Eston, delivered a range of health and social care services comprising:-
- 4 GP Surgeries
- Walk-in Centre
- Dental Unit
- Pharmacy
- Optician
- Drug Dependency Clinic
- Integrated Health & Social Care Base
- Library
Identity Consult carried out initial due diligence, liaison with the project funders, consultation with the GPs, management of the consultants and main contractor and production of all contract documentation.
The project was procured under a JCT Design & Build Form of Contract and delivered within both time and budgetary constraints.
Identity Consult subsequently procured facilities management contracts for the various building premises including production of contract documentation and agreement of service charges with tenants.
