Description
Identity Consult were appointed by Riverside to deliver Employer’s Agent and Cost Consultancy services on behalf of Riverside, the Client. The development consisted of 100nr units, comprising 2, 3 and 4 bedroom houses for Affordable Rent and Shared Ownership.
Identity Consult were appointed to help negotiate the contract sum and bespoke Norham Road Development Agreement, collate information in support of the contract documents, administer the construction contract, chair and record monthly site meetings, provide cost consultancy support including agreeing variations, presenting periodic cost reports and managing the handover process.
In addition to this, Identity Consult were responsible for producing a Risk Register and ensuring all risks were monitored and managed/mitigated throughout the contract with support from the Contractor and Design Team. Identity Consult negotiated and agreed the Final Account with the Contractor upon completion of the project.
