PEARL Together – Harrison Drive & Further Clough Head

Identity Consult are pleased to be providing Employers Agent and Cost Consultant services for PEARL Together (Pendle Enterprise and Regeneration Limited), an exciting Joint Venture comprising of Pendle Council, Barnfield Construction and Together Housing.

PEARL has already delivered over £34 million of development across Lancashire in a range of sectors including economic, leisure, residential and commercial and the new Pearl Together JV aims to build on this.

Identity Consult have been appointed to provide Employer’s Agent and Cost Consultant services across the framework duration and the first phase includes construction of a number of residential projects: Harrison Drive, Further Clough Head, O’Hagan Court and Bailey Street.

To date, planning approval has been approved for both Harrison Drive; a 79-unit new build scheme for affordable rent that will be a pilot for implementing renewable energy; and Further Clough Head a circa 200 unit new build scheme of multiple phases for mixed tenure. Bailey Street, a 12-unit scheme in Earby and O’Hagan Court are still at preconstruction stages and are progressing through the planning process over the coming months.

Harrison Drive is the first of the four projects due to start on site in September 2020, with Further Clough Head targeting a start on site in the new year, January 2021.
