Fine Arts Building POE, University of Leeds (£7.6m)

The Fine Arts Building offer students the opportunity to study in an impressive modernised environment including high end studio space, fully equipped workshops, a multi-purpose gallery space for development of curatorial practice and visiting exhibitions plus a large student common room. By investing in a space for art and culture at the centre of our campus, it has enabled the school to continue to increase knowledge and opportunity, and to continue to improve student experience and develop world leading research.

Engineering Building Refurbishment, University of Leeds (£38m)

The project incorporates new state of the art facilities into the Engineering building to enable ambitious growth in academic activity. During the two year phase of work the building remained occupied with users being re-located as and when required. The new contemporary environment creates open and flexible laboratory spaces and breakout and informal meeting areas, as well as refurbished lecture theatres and a new 24/7 IT Cluster.

Edward Boyle Library Refurbishment POE, University of Leeds (£12m)

Complementing the undergraduate provision in the Laidlaw Library, and the dedicated provision for postgraduates in faculty buildings, the new Edward Boyle Library focussed its facilities and services on stimulating and supporting research and collaborative working at all levels within the University and beyond.

Student’s Union Refurbishment POE, University of Leeds (£17m)

It was an opportunity to provide state of the art facilities as well as improved access for all users. This exciting project contributed towards the Union’s strategic plans to remain one of the UK’s biggest and best Unions.
