In addition, a new DDA compliant access ramp was constructed linking the footpath to the promenade, as well as external terracing areas.

The commission involved a full range of both pre and post contract Employer’s Agent and Cost Management services. The Contractor was procured via a Negotiated Tender process, under the JCT Design and Build form of contract and the main works were completed in December 2015.
