Identity Consult (IC), the independent development and construction consultancy, has announced senior promotions, and the creation of a dedicated Project Management Department in its York office – part of the company’s wider strategy to expand services across the UK.
Among the promotions is Associate Director who will take charge of a brand new department that will provide clients with a bespoke, dedicated project management service across Yorkshire.
Amelia, who joined IC seven years ago, has played a key role in delivering projects across the region, including Barnsley College and multiple workplace schemes for Yorkshire Housing.
Speaking about her promotion, Amelia said: “I’m thrilled to take on this new role. It’s been an exciting year, having just returned from maternity leave and now stepping up to lead the new Project Management Department. IC is an incredibly inclusive and flexible workplace, and I know I’ll be able to excel in both of my new roles. I’m looking forward to helping grow this team and delivering even more for our clients.”
Additionally, , will move into the role of Associate Director, leading the Cost Management team in the region, assimilating 5 years experience with the company.
The creation of a standalone Project Management team brings the York office in line with IC’s North West and North East operations, where separate Project Management and Quantity Surveying teams already exist. , Senior Director at Identity Consult with Board responsibility for Yorkshire, added: “We’re proud to start the new year with some great moves within our team. The news comes as IC announces further colleague announcements: joins IC as Assistant QS having graduated from Sheffield Hallam University this summer with a first-class honours degree, and – who became RICS Chartered in the summer – promoted to Associate. becomes Senior Consultant, and is promoted to Consultant just weeks after graduating from Leeds Beckett University with First Class Honours and receiving the Best Overall Performance award in his cohort. These promotions recognise both professional and academic achievements.
