Identity Consult is delighted to have secured a place on a new construction and professional services framework, Innovation Chain North (ICN) which is expected to deliver £750m worth of construction work over the next four years.
We have been successful in securing a place on both the Employer’s Agent and Purchaser’s Agent lots for both the North West and the North East & Yorkshire of the new framework. The framework has lots split into under 35 and 35+ units and has been developed to allow Great Places and other housing providers to work collaboratively with consultants and contractors to deliver a wide variety of new housing developments.
Helen Spencer, Great Places’ director of development, said: “We’d like to congratulate the suppliers who have been awarded a place on the new ICN framework. The new framework will ensure we, and our peer organisations, have tried and tested partners to help us to deliver our extensive development programmes and our collective ambitions to tackle the housing crisis.”
Our position on the Framework now allows us to build on the success of the last Framework, where over the 4 years of our involvement we delivered in excess of 400 new homes for our clients including Great Places, Jigsaw and Bolton at Home.
Identity Consult Director, Alex Atkinson said: ”We know that competition for the framework was massive therefore we are particularly pleased to have re-secured our position. We are excited about being part of the delivery of the next phase of new homes across the north of England at a time when quality housing is more important than ever.’
As part of the submission Identity Consult committed to a number of social value commitments which align with our vision, values and purpose and we look forward to working with new and existing clients to deliver new homes that will have a positive impact on our communities.
