Two senior appointments within our North East office has allowed Identity Consult to further extend the range of services we can now offer.

Mark Pearson has joined the team as an Associate Director, having previously been a partner at a regional practice. Mark’s main areas of work will be Building Surveying, Clerk of Works and CDM-C / Principal Designer. However, in addition to the services, Mark is also an experienced Employer’s Agent, prepares Fire Risk Assessments and is a fully qualified Asbestos Surveyor.

Mark identified Identity Consult’s innovative approach and client focus as key reasons for choosing to move: “Identity Consult are a forward thinking consultant who embrace change within the industry. I am happy to be part of a team that work closely together to deliver an excellent service to our clients.”

Natacha Redon has joined as BIM Specialist / Project Manager. Natacha has joined from Turner & Townsend where she was one of the founding members of its specialist BIM team, creating and delivering the BIM service as client advisor, safeguard and project support.

Her most recent project was the £58m Newcastle University new-build research and teaching facility, where she had the roles of BIM Leader and Assurer, Information Manager and supporting Project Manager. Having conducted extensive research in Soft Landings as a best practice to improve project performance along with BIM, she also led, created and delivered Soft Landings services following the announcement a Government mandate for 2016.

Following her appointment, Natacha said: “I met with the Directors of Identity Consult on several occasions and it was clear that Identity was an organisation that embodied all the values I was looking for: flexibility, open-mindedness and a strive for innovation to deliver better value to clients who create projects which matter to communities.

“They are also a company which understands the importance of BIM to the industry and are prepared to invest to become market leaders in this area.”
