Identity Consult, has been shortlisted for six awards in four categories – the most of any company – at the 2014 Constructing Excellence in the North East Awards, due to take place on Friday 9thMay in Newcastle.

Shortlisted for SME of the Year, Identity Consult is also named alongside its partners on two projects which have been shortlisted in three categories.

The Gateway, in Middlehaven, is a specialist neuro rehabilitation, wellbeing and transitional housing service which has been described as ‘the future of neuro rehabilitation.’

Identity Consult acted as Project Manager, Cost Consultants, BREEAM and CSH Assessors for Keiro Group and Erimus Housing on this £10million state-of-the-art development.

The project has been shortlisted in the Innovation, Value and Project of the Year categories.

TunedIn!@myplaceisa £5m arts, media and performing arts centre on Majuba Road in Redcar, designed in consultation with its young end users.

Identity Consult acted as Project Manager on this flagship building, which forms part of Redcar and Cleveland Borough Council’s Regeneration Masterplan.

The project has been shortlisted in the Value and Project of the Year categories.
