Top of the Class for University Framework

Identity Consult has been appointed to the North Eastern Universities Purchasing Consortium Ltd (NEUPC) Construction Professional Services Framework for Project Management led services.

The framework will be used by the five North East universities, namely Durham University, Newcastle University, Northumbria University, Teesside University and University of Sunderland, for the delivery of capital projects over the next five years. Under the framework, Identity Consult will provide a range of services including Project Management, Cost Management and BIM Leader alongside other services such as planning and building surveying which will be delivered by partners of Identity Consult.

As well as being appointed to the framework, Identity Consult have been awarded the first project to be procured through the framework as the number one ranked consultant after achieving the highest quality score of the bidders in the Project Management lot. This project, the multi-million pound redevelopment of the Stephenson Building for Newcastle University, will allow Identity Consult to use its expertise in delivering complex multi-phase refurbishment projects in the Higher Education sector gained from delivering projects such as the £34m Claremont Complex for Newcastle University and the £15m Sciences Complex for University of Sunderland.

Identity Consult are currently delivering projects with a total value in excess of £200m for the universities who will utilise the framework and a further £150m of projects elsewhere across the North of England between its head office in Sunderland and North West office in Preston.
