Identity Consult are delighted to announce an exciting new project with Business & IT Consultancy Waterstons, who provide cutting edge IT solutions throughout the UK. We have been appointed as Project Manager and Cost Consultant for the refurbishment of their new offices at Aykley Heads in Durham.
Due to their growing business and desire for an workplace which reflects their values and culture, Waterstons are looking to modernise the building to create an environment which is suitable for their flexible working practices. We were recommended to Waterstons as a result of our successful delivery of other office refurbishment projects, including our recent work on Thirteen’s Office in Middlesbrough and Castle Quay in Jersey and will be striving to deliver another successful project.
We are looking forward to working with both Waterstons and GT3 Architects to deliver an inspiring work environment for their people. Concept designs have been produced by GT3 and we are sure you will agree that it looks like it will be a great place to work.
